Complaints and disputes.

We welcome feedback from customers as it helps us to maintain / improve standards. Should the organizer be unhappy about any aspect of the event or trip, they should firstly notify the driver and or groom who will endeavour to rectify any problems. Complaints arising should then be notified in writing on email or to the registered office as soon as possible, no later than 7 days after the event.

You can also contact the Royal Borough Licensing Team on their website and follow their complaints procedure.
