'Rebecca booked a video call where we talked through my plans, likes, dislikes, desires and wishes for how I wanted to spend our time in Windsor. She was so knowledgeable of the town and all the activities, restaurants, tours and such that would complement our plans. She was very intentional in understanding exactly what would make our visit perfect and tailored every detail to my responses.'
How would you describe the quality and condition of the carriage and horses on the day of your event?
'The carriage was wonderful, and our horse was such a good boy! Our driver was at ease and had a great rapport with his horse, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable ride.'
Did our team meet your expectations on the day itself? How was your overall experience with the staff?
'Our day in Windsor was a fairytale! From the moment the car picked us up in London, everything went smoothly and was enjoyable. We toured the castle, and then Rebecca met us to walk/guide us to the pub I had chosen for lunch…and even took the time to walk me past my old childhood home that I had mentioned to her in our planning call! She knew where all the best pubs/restaurants were….which shops I would enjoy, and told wonderful stories and facts about various buildings/landmarks we passed. Then we took the carriage into Windsor Great Park and enjoyed sparkling wine while viewing the red stag and enjoying the views of the castle. We even stopped for some great photo ops!
Were there any specific moments or aspects of the service that stood out to you?
'I was a little hesitant about using a map to walk to one of our itinerary stops, and Rebecca put all my worries to rest by showing up in person and walking us there! She was so friendly and helpful…people even assumed she was part of our family when she was taking photos for us and offered to let her jump in the photo with us…haha!'

'It was very important that the day be tailored to keep the interest of my 4 year old daughter and leisurely enough to accommodate my 75 year old father. I was most excited about the carriage ride along the long walk and to experience Windsor with local experts.'

'Absolutely everything was perfect and beyond my expectations. It was relaxing, informative and magical. My entire family loved speaking with the carriage drivers, learning the history and just taking in the views. I loved that the ride went on as long as it did. I truly appreciated how much you could tell that the horses were well cared for and keeping the horses cool in the heat and happy was a top concern.'
